Yea man!
I finally had the time to install the new rear bearing and the piston ring for my OS50 Hyper!
The bearing couldn't come out at first, so i checked out raptortechnique.com . The site mentions to heat the engine in an oven, and so i did! Set the temperature to 140 degrees C for 10 minutes.
I then knocked the engine on the wooden chopping board, and the bearing pops out like a dream! =O
Then i had to re-heat the engine again, this time to installed the new bearings. Everything went smoothly. Reinstalling the engine was a little tough though. Getting the piston ring to fit in the sleeve was a little tough.
So after all this engine rebuilding, i'll start up and do a full tank by idling the engine to break-in the engine a little for sunday.
